Ribs, Beef Brisket, and other smoked meats Gabby's also serves many
favorite Texan dishes like Country Style Chicken Fried Steaks, Charbroiled

Our Oyler Barbecue Pits are handmade in Mesquite
Texas. These wood burning pits use no gas or electric heat and "Slow
Smoke" up to 1,000 pounds of Brisket, 144 Slabs of Ribs, or 324
Chicken Halves at one time using . We load the firebox with hardwoods
and slow smoke our meats (briskets up to 15 hours).
