1. Traditional Holiday - Smoked turkey & ham, cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, seasoned green beans, and your choice of garlic mash potatoes or sweet potato casserole. Served with dinner rolls & cranberry sauce.

2. Fajita Fiesta -Combination beef & chicken fajitas (one half pound per person), Mexican rice, Mexican beans & homemade flour tortillas. Served with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalepenos, pico de gallo, salsa and tortilla chips. Add chile con queso or guacamole for $1.00 per guest each.

3. BarBQ & Fajita Combo -Choose 2 of our BarBQ meats & choose one fajita meat. Served with Mexican style beans, Mexican rice, homemade potato salad, homemade flour tortillas, pico de gallo, salsa, tortilla chips and BarBQ condiments. Add chile con queso or guacamole for $1.00 per guest each.

5. Eight Layer Lasagna- Lasagna with a thick rich meat sauce & lots of cheese served with a garden salad, Italian green beans parmesan cheese & homemade bread sticks.

6 Chicken Fried Steak- Hand breaded & double dipped steak served with garlic mash potatoes, cream gravy, seasoned green beans, and dinner rolls.

7. Chicken Fried Chicken-- Boneless chicken breast hand battered & double dipped. Served with garlic mash potatoes, seasoned green beans and dinner rolls.

8. Grilled Burgers -Half-pound burgers served with homemade potato salad & BBQ beans. Grilled on site when possible.

9. Grill Burgers & Hot Dogs with Chili Half-pound burgers & all beef dogs with chili served with homemade potato salad and BBQ beans.

10. Breakfast Buffet  (20 person minimum) Scrambled eggs served with country potatoes, country sausage, strips of crispy bacon, homemade biscuits, jelly, Mexican salsa & orange juice.

11. Continental Breakfast (20 person minimum) Fresh fruit, assorted Danish pastries, croissants, bagels, muffins and orange juice.

12. Rotisserie Herb Chicken -One half of whole chicken, hand rubbed with fresh herbs, served with a vegetable medley, garlic mash potatoes and dinner rolls.
